Bike Friendly Cities Forum
Noon-1pm, Iowa City Public Library, Meeting Room A
A forum sponsored by the Bicyclist of Iowa City to review the League of American Bicyclist Bike Friendly Community evaluation and to develop strategies that will enable Iowa City to receive this award. Bike Friendly Community Evaluation (PDF link to JCCOG website)

Mayor’s Ride from Old Pi to New Pi
Meet at Chauncey Swan Park in Iowa City at 5:15 pm.
Reception at the end of the ride at the Coralville New Pioneer Food Co-op with prizes and refreshments. Iowa City’s World of Bikes will give away a free bike headlight to the first 150 riders.
Everyone is welcome!
Friday, May 16
Bike to Work Week Celebration
6:00-9:00pm
Old Brick, Downtown Iowa City
Join fellow biking/walking enthusiasts for a free end-of-the-week party. There will be food, drink and live music from The Awful Purdies—as well as lively conversation and drawings for prizes, including a grand prize.
