Just in time for Halloween, or is it simply coincidence? Whichever way it may be, here is a nice custom frame-up build of a Surly 1×1 singlespeed.
Rigged out with street-friendly slicks for the moment, it will be donning some meaty studded Nokian Extreme 294 winter tyres for the upcoming demoralizing cold & snow.
The rear wheel is one of the previously mentioned handbuilt wheels from my prior post. The front was already owned by the customer, and thus, the reason for it not matching the rear.
